Blue Beetle Comic (2016)

Blue Beetle 2016 is a fantastic comic series published by DC that follows the adventures of Jaime Reyes, the third person to take up the mantle of the Blue Beetle. Written by Keith Giffen and illustrated by Scott Kolins, this series takes a fresh and exciting approach to the character, blending humor, action, and heart in equal measure.

The story begins with Jaime discovering a mysterious scarab that fuses with his spine and gives him incredible powers. He becomes the Blue Beetle, a hero with the ability to create powerful armor and weapons at will. But being a superhero isn't easy, especially when you're a teenager trying to balance school, family, and friends. Jaime must navigate his newfound powers while also dealing with the villains and threats that come with being a hero.
